What is the Pre-Camp Evaluation and Nutritional Assessment? The Pre-Camp Evaluation and Nutritional Assessment includes the following: -
We will utilize this time to review your medical history along with doing some initial strength testing and goal setting. At this time we can provide you an introduction to Bikini Body Booty Camp and answer any questions you may have. -
We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage along with several measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp and conduct some before photos. We want to know how much you improve during the camp. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence and only released for testimonials with your permission. -
You will also take a 15-20 minute self assessment on the computer to provide us the necessary details to design your customized nutrition manual. -
You will receive your Welcome Packet, the 21 Day Bikini Body manual and a Bikini Body Booty Camp T-shirt. Registration and evaluated must be conducted no less than one week before the start of camp in order to guarantee arrival of your customized nutrition manual. What do we bring? At every BOOT CAMP you will bring with you an exercise mat, 1-2 pairs of dumbbells (5-15 lbs. dumbbells are recommended), a couple water bottles, wear running shoes, have layered clothing, a large beach towel, sun screen recommended and of course a positive attitude. All other exercise equipment will be provided. Is there a diet program included? Yes, you will be provided an initial nutritional counseling session with a Licensed Sports Nutritionist and the 21 Day Bikini Body meal plan with any necessary customized changes. Additional nutrition counseling can be made available at additional cost. Special discounts will apply to Boot Campers. How sore will I be? This is a progressive program with a great deal of cross training. The constant changes in the program make it more difficult for your body to adapt. Most people feel normal muscle soreness for the first week. After that point, you might expect slight to moderate muscle soreness. Just understand that this is part of any results orientated program. Adhering to the nutrition plan and taking the recommended supplements will provide optimal recovery. What are the people like who go to camp? That would be as hard to answer as "What type of people will you meet at an airport", they are people just like you. All Boot campers are just people who need the tools to jump start their fitness program. The Bikini Body Booty Camp is for women only. Is there a refund policy? If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another Bikini Body Booty Camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable. What is a typical day like at camp? The Bikini Body Booty Camp provides total-body strength training combined with high-intensity aerobic interval training. All Bikini Body Booty Camp classes are different. Some days are focused more on resistance training and other days are heavily focused on cardio intervals. How soon will I see results? Everyone is different and body type can dictate the length of time it takes to see the results you may ultimately be after. With adherence to your nutrition manual and attendance at all workouts you will be able to reshape your body and see visual results in as few as 3 short weeks. Physical Performance improvement will start after the first workout. In as few as a couple days you can feel a difference in your energy levels. Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work? The benefit of exercising outdoors on the beautiful Mission Bay has this one draw back. However, Bikini Body Booty Camp is located central to the 5 and 8 freeway and is near a World Gym, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Frog's Club One and Gold's Gym. If you have a membership at either of these clubs, you can get ready there.
What will I do after camp is over?
